25% Aandele Skikkings
Deur volgehoue druk en onderhandelings het die HSBF vordering gemaak met die 25% aandele skikkings wat vir beleggers aangebied is en deur HSBF gefasiliteer was. Gedurende 2021 is daar sowat 6,000,000 aandele uitgereik en hierdie applikante is dienooreenkomstig ingelig met ’n bevestigende skrywe van Computershare wat deur Orthotouch uitgestuur is.
Die derde party wie die aandele skikking inruil vir beleggers se eise aangebied het, het intussen besluit om nie verdere skikkings te akkommodeer nie.
Ons (HSBF) het onlangs ’n skrywe aan die suksesvolle beleggers / aandeelhouers gestuur ten einde te bevestig of hulle wel die kennisgewing ontvang het.
Indien u nie die vermelde skrywe ontvang het nie is u deel van die applikante wie se aansoeke nie deur die vorige derdeparty aanvaar is nie.
Die Orthotouch Besigheid Redding Praktisyn het nou beheer geneem van alle aandeel aansoeke en het ons onlangs ingelig dat die direkte 25% aandele skikkings nou gevoeg word saam met die uitreiking van sy besigheid redding plan aandele.

25% Shares Settlement
Due to sustained pressure and negotiations by he HSIF ± 6,000,000 million shares were issued to applicants during the last quarter of 2021 and a Computershare confirmation letter was sent to applicants by Orthotouch.
The third party involved however withdrew his offer and decided not to honour any settlements other than those completed and shares issued.
The HSIF recently sent a letter to the successful investors / applicants to conform whether they received this notice.
If you did not receive such a letter from the HSIF you are part of the applicants who’s applications were not successful.
The Orthotouch Business Rescue Practioner recently informed that he took control of all shares to be issued and the 25% shares settlement process will now be merged with the shares to be issued in terms of the business rescue process.
