  1. Druk (print) en voltooi kennisgewing.
  2. Laat kennisgewing beëdig deur ’n kommissaris van ede – Naaste SAPS of kommissaris van u eie keuse.
  3. Stuur die kennisgewing aan die drie epos adresse ook boaan kansellasie kennisgewing vermeld.

  1. Dring aan op ’n ontvangs erkenning en volg u epos op tot u ontvangs erkenning kry en bewaar dit.
  2. Hierdie kansellasie sal u vrywaar van toekomstige moontlike eise wat Theron kan instel teen HSAG lede vir koste bevele van hofsake wat hy verloor.

  2. Have notice commissioned by a commissioner of oaths – Nearest SAPS or commissioner of your own choice.
  3. Send the notice to the three email addresses, also stated at the top of the cancellation notice.

  1. Insist on an acknowledgment of receipt and follow up your email until you receive an acknowledgment and save it.
  2. This cancellation will indemnify you from future possible claims that Theron may bring against HSAG members for costs orders from court cases that he loses.
